Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how returns work for pickup orders.
Unopened products
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of pickup, subject to inspection at the store.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received the wrong product or something is defective, contact us within 48 hours of pickup so we can make it right.
ID & age-restricted items
All returns require the same valid photo ID used at pickup. Opened nicotine, botanical, or spirit products cannot be resold and are generally not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we process the return in store.
