Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Sale govern your use of vapengo.us and any order you place through it, operated by Vape & Go, a retail store at 10829 SE Petrovitsky Rd, Renton, WA 98055. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, browse restricted product categories, or place an order on this site. Every order for nicotine, CBD, or spirits products requires government-issued photo ID verification matching the purchaser before pickup. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age or identity cannot be verified.
Orders and pickup
This site is for browsing and placing orders for in-store pickup only — we do not ship age-restricted products. Placing an order online reserves the listed items subject to availability; we’ll notify you if an item becomes unavailable before pickup. You must bring the same valid photo ID used at checkout when you collect your order. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; the price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment processor; by submitting payment details you confirm you’re authorized to use that payment method.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns policy. Opened age-restricted products (nicotine, CBD, or spirits) generally cannot be returned or resold once opened, consistent with regulated-retail requirements.
Account responsibilities
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@vapengo.us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use this site to misrepresent your age or identity, attempt to purchase restricted products on behalf of someone under 21, resell products purchased through the site in violation of applicable law, or interfere with the site’s normal operation (including automated scraping or attempts to bypass age verification).
Product suggestions and reviews
Any product suggestion, review, or other content you submit through the site may be used by us to improve our catalog and may be displayed publicly (e.g., product reviews). Don’t submit content that is false, unlawful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vape & Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
